Scott Pullins has advised clients on complex legal, business, marketing and public policy issues. He is also the co-founder of the Ohio Taxpayers Association. He is a charter school board member and a former Chairman of the Knox County Republican Central Committee.

Mr. Pullins attended Ohio University and earned his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School.

Helped co-found and led Ohio's only statewide, pro-taxpayer organization. This group was at the forefront of every major public policy issue in Ohio throughout its existence. Through that work he appeared as a guest or was interviewed by the Fox News Channel, Court TV, the Ohio News Network, Ohio Public TV and Radio, Clear Channel Radio, National Public Radio, and various major television network affiliates. He was also was interviewed or had guest columns appear in very major Ohio newspaper, several national newspapers and most other daily and weekly newspapers throughout Ohio. Scott Pullins helped establish the Ohio Income Tax Reduction Fund which has resulted in the return of over a billion dollars in taxes for Ohioans. He led a statewide campaign against a tax increase which resulted in the largest margin of defeat for any ballot issue in Ohio history.
