Scott A Spencer

Scott A. Spencer is an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of John J. Bonistalli where his practice is primarily focused on litigation of business, bodily injury and real estate matters. Prior to joining the firm in 2015 he spent 7 years in the in-house Law Department of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA), five of those as trial counsel. In those five years he handled multiple civil litigation matters from responsive pleading, through discovery, dispositive motions, and served as first chair in jury trials and appeals.
