Sara Davis
Sara Davis was born in Port Jefferson, New York, and moved with her family to the Treasure Coast as a small child where she lived for the next 16 years before moving to Jupiter, Florida. Sara graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College in 2004, where she received numerous awards for her academic work and was an active participant in student government. Sara later graduated Cum Laude from Florida State University, College of Law in 2007, where she was inducted into Phi Delta Phi International legal honor society and worked with the Children’s Advocacy Center program, gaining experience as an attorney-ad-litem.
Sara Davis began her legal career as one of the first employees of the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel in 2008, working primarily in their civil division in the areas of dependency and mental health in Martin County, Florida. After working for the Guardian ad Litem Program in the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit and in private practice, Sara joined Apfelbaum Law, where she practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, business transactions, real estate litigation, adoptions, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
