
Samuel R. Harden
Sam earned his law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2014, where he was nominated into the Order of Barristers for his outstanding work at the national Duberstein Moot Court Competition, was one of the four annual finalists of the Charles W. Fornoff Appellate Advocacy Competition, and represented the University of Toledo College of Law at the annual Ohio Attorney General’s Public Service Mock Trial Competition.
Sam is a member of the Toledo and Ohio State Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in Ohio, before the Northern District of Ohio Federal Court, and the United States Tax Court. Sam practices primarily in the areas of taxation, estate planning, real estate, and business law.
