Starting as an assistant prosecuting attorney, Samuel gained valuable courtroom experience before transitioning to private practice.
There, he focused on assisting small businesses with transactional matters and litigation, while also offering services in estate planning, probate estate administration, and Medicaid planning.
As Samuel’s family law practice grew, he later joined a nationwide family law firm, where he refined his skills in divorce and family law over the better part of a decade. Part of an in-house litigation team, Samuel not only presented and taught clinics on evidence, cross examination, and other trial techniques, but Samuel has also presented Continuing Legal Education programs for other attorneys on complex issues in family law cases and other family law matters.
