I require an evergreen retainer that must remain at the agreed upon amount. Bills will be sent on the first and fifteenth of every month for work done between the bills. You will have seven days to pay them. If unpaid the trust will pay the bill, and you will have seven days to replenish the trust. Once the work is completed, and all bills paid, the retainer will be returned to you.
