Led the Bank Trust Preferred Securities Program of NBCCMG, including consultation with issuers, managing NBCCMG's $350 million warehouse line for TPS, and coordinating syndicate matters as lead book-running manager. Obtained regulatory approvals for NBCCMG to become the first bank dealer in America authorized to underwrite and deal in corporate securities, including bank trust preferred securities. Obtained regulatory approvals for NBCCMG to become the second bank dealer in the nation authorized to underwrite and deal in municipal revenue bonds. Reduced outside legal expenses by more than $250,000 per year. Also served as Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer.
