Robert Mazow
In the crowded world of personal injury lawyers, his colleagues know Robert Mazow as a “go-to” trial lawyer. A great many of his clients are referred to him by other personal injury attorneys, judges, law clerks, court personnel, doctors, and even insurance company lawyers, adjusters, and representatives. What sets him apart is that he begins to prepare for trial the moment he meets with a new client. He becomes a partner with his clients and shares in their struggles, their pain, and their triumphs. He puts his heart and soul into every case that he handles.
Before starting Mazow | McCullough, PC, Mr. Mazow was an Assistant District Attorney and Prosecutor in Essex County. He prosecuted well over 100 jury trials to verdict and gained invaluable experience arguing difficult cases before juries and judges. After the DA’s office, he worked for Peabody & Arnold, LLP, in Boston, where he represented insurance companies and defended corporations.
Unsatisfied with representing “big business,” in 2003 Mr. Mazow formed Mazow | McCullough, PC, with Kevin McCullough and chose to devote his entire career to helping injured people and their families. He now represents only seriously injured clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases. Through trial victories and settlements, Mr. Mazow has successfully recovered millions and millions of dollars for victims of personal injuries and for the families of those who have suffered tragedies.
In the courtroom, Mr. Mazow is known for his ability to communicate with juries to explain how his clients have been wronged. He is a skilled communicator, strong negotiator, and zealous advocate for his clients. Mr. Mazow tells his clients, “I can’t guarantee you a result. But what I can promise is that nobody will fight harder to get you the best result possible.”
Mr. Mazow is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Mass., US District Court of Mass., State of New Hampshire, and US District of New Hampshire.
