Robert Kiel
Attorney Robert Kiel earned his Bachelors of Science degree (major in Psychology) at Tufts University in Boston. He received his Juris Doctor (law degree) in 1973 from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston. He has been a member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar since 1973 as well as a member in good standing of the Florida Bar since 1992 when he moved to south Florida. Attorney Kiel’s legal experience includes several years of practice in Legal Services in Massachusetts, concentrating in the areas of landlord-tenant law and consumer protection law. He also served 14 years as a U.S. government litigation specialist / labor prosecutor for the National Labor Relations Board. Then he worked in real estate development. For the past 20+ years, Attorney Kiel has been concentrating almost exclusively in Social Security Disability and SSI cases as well as private disability insurance applications and appeals. Attorney Kiel has 40 years of litigation / trial experience including hundreds of formal Hearings for disability cases before Judges of the Social Security Administration.
