Experience in additional areas of law, including residential, administrative and estate planning. Limited-scope representation is when you and a lawyer agree that the lawyer will handle some parts of your case and you will handle others. This is different from more traditional arrangements between lawyers and clients where a lawyer is hired to provide legal services on all aspects of a case, from start to finish. Limited-scope representation is sometimes called “unbundling."
Allowing me to evaluate, organize and draft your small claims or conciliation court complaint or response would be a wise investment. A well polished complaint or response will not only provide the judge a solid foundation to rule in your favor, but a detailed outline on which to base your oral argument.

- Q. Am I responsible for paying resignation fees not stated in the contract?
- A: It is very unlikely you are responsible for paying resignation fees not stated in the contract, the bylaws or otherwise. In your previous post, you only mentioned you were a board member. As the Creative Director, you would also be an employee. Therefore, it would be necessary to consider both aspects if the amount at issue was more.
I am not sure how the president is justifying the fee, or if the president even has a justification. I am not sure what type of contract it is or its terms and conditions, but four years seems excessive regardless. I suggest you speak to the organization’s attorney (in the unlikely event there is one.) Otherwise, address the other board members.

- Q. How can I find out which documents are needed to reinstate parental rights?
- A: Quite simply you will need to devote your time and efforts at the law library to find out which documents are needed to reinstate your parental rights or hire an attorney. These petitions are not just a few fillable forms with a checklist. I apologize for being blunt.

- Q. Seeking guidance on proceeding with a pending civil case filed in 2019, confirmed active but not closed.
- A: Actually, JA's AI's response isn't total gibberish. Quite simply and in more human terms, you haven't provided near enough specific information to provide any meaningful guidance other than to consult with an attorney. A "pending civil case" could deal with an infinite number of subjects. Whether resurrecting it is possible or desirable is unknown.
