Legal Answers
1 Questions Answered
- Q. Can the person I bailed out of jail get put back in jail?
- A: Unfortunately, he will probably get arrested again and his bond will be revoked. Also, if no alcohol is a condition of his pretrial release he may have bond revoked. Good luck.
