Bob is the head of the Commercial and Corporate Law Practice at Normandin, Cheney & O'Neil, PLLC which is General Counsel for more than 220 corporations and LLCs of all sizes. Bob's brings experience, knowledge and skill to practice areas including purchases and sales of businesses; formation of corporations, limited liability companies and other business entities; ownership disputes; banking and commercial financing transactions; business and estate planning; contract matters of all sorts; employment issues; and commercial real estate. Bob is dedicated to exceptional service and outstanding results for the legal needs of individuals and businesses in New Hampshire.
Bob received his B.S., cum laude , in accounting in 1970. His J.D. was earned at Duke University Law School in 1973. For four years, Bob served in the Judge Advocate Corps. He then worked for the New Hampshire Department of Employment Security. Bob has been with Normandin, Cheney & O’Neil since 1979.
Bob and his wife Patti live in Laconia, and have four children and seven grandchildren.
