Business Litigation throughout Alabama at The Greer Law Firm, P.C.
The Greer Law Firm, P.C., represents clients throughout Alabama in federal and state court business litigation, including the following areas of law: Business and Commercial Litigation; Commercial Collections; Construction Law and Litigation; Contract Law and Litigation; Employment Law and Litigation (Employer only); and Lease Law and Litigation. The Firm has represented people and business clients from over 35 states, Canada, Europe and South America, and also represents clients in non-litigation matters, including contract negotiation and document preparation.
I grew up in a privileged community, but began practicing law with a small firm in a small town, helping people and their businesses resolve problems big and small. In 1981, I joined a large law firm in Birmingham, Alabama, where I represented the following type businesses throughout Alabama in federal and state court litigation: financial institutions; manufacturers; energy companies; commercial landlords; developers; engineers; contractors; employers; and countless other businesses in a variety of different industries.
I formed my own firm in 1995. Since then, I have continued to represent these same interests throughout Alabama: people with problems big and small; and diverse businesses, very big to very small. My small town legal roots add perspective to what I do each day.
Over time, I have also learned to more fully appreciate and enjoy life, family, and the great outdoors. My primary interests include physical fitness, college football, landscape architecture, attending rock concerts, travel, and coaching youth baseball.
