Employment Law Professionals Northwest is a boutique law firm (less than 10 lawyers) that handles employment litigation, business law, estates, wills, trusts, unemployment appeals, represents first responders, and handles the everyday legal needs people have.
Its founder, Dr. Randy J Harvey has a Ph.D. from the University of Oregon, a JD from Concord Purdue Law School, an MA from Western Seminary, and an MS from Eastern Oregon University. He has been practicing law since 2008 in California and 2011 in Oregon. He represents plaintiffs in employment matters, small businesses in transactional and litigation matters, and churches and non-profits in the array of issues that they face. He is the owner-manager of a boutique law firm that actively litigated matters in state and federal courts in Oregon and California.
Most of all Randy is a family man who has been married to Shelly for more than 46 years and has four grown children and eleven grandchildren. He makes his home in Sherwood, Oregon where he is involved in church and community activities. His interests include woodworking, hiking, and camping. He also continues to study biblical languages and geography and teach Greek and Bible theology.

Contingent Fees
For certain litigation matters where the law permits the collection attorney fees as a matter of law we offer blended contingency fees. The client is required to pay the hourly rate of our attorneys up to the point the case is at issue; thereafter the case is handled as a contingency and the client receives a credit for fees paid. -
Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
Our hourly rates range from $280 per hour to $375 per hour. Some legal matters are handled on a flat fee basis
