Biography

I represent clients in a number of legal areas, including foreclosure defense, bankruptcy, credit defense, and landlord-tenant disputes.

As a landlord and tenant lawyer, I can offer you legal advice and, if needed, represent you in court. I protect the rights of all landlords and tenants who bring their cases to us.

I also operate as a "debt relief agency" in accordance with 11 USC § 101(12)(12A). As a solo practitioner, my focus is on assisting individuals with limited financial resources in navigating various legal and financial challenges in today's world.

My primary areas of practice encompass:

-Foreclosure defense
-Bankruptcy
-Credit defense and repair
-Landlord-tenant disputes

Additionally, I focus on various other legal domains, such as:

-Criminal defense
-Custody disputes
-Stalking petitions
-Administrative appeals
-Land-use litigation

In my quest to overcome the challenges fate has thrown my way, I've cultivated a persistent resourcefulness. Problem-solving demands tenacity and cleverness; if one approach falters, another may prevail. Yet, the key lies in assessing the battlefield, discerning diverse paths to victory, gauging their likelihood of success, and only then taking action—a skill at which I excel.

My journey led me to acquire skills for triumphing in legal disputes. While my initial pursuit of becoming an effective teacher of law and philosophy didn't materialize, it equipped me with the ability to dissect cases, interpret statutes, craft compelling briefs, advocate in court, and adopt a judicial perspective. Now, I can apply these skills to assist in resolving your challenges.

Consider giving me an opportunity. I understand the trials of adversity and possess the know-how to surmount them. Allow me to aid you in confronting and overcoming your own hurdles.
