Peter Andreone
Hoban Law Group
Peter Andreone, Esq. is the owner and founder of Andreone Law. He has been practicing law in KC since 2008. After working for several other successful firms, Peter established Andreone Law in 2015 with a primary emphasis on business and transactional law, commercial litigation, and labor and employment law.
In 2018, Peter recognized that Missouri voters were likely to support Amendment 2 and thereby legalize medical marijuana statewide. To meet the needs of Missouri's cannabis business owners, Peter joined the Hoban Law Group in an "Of Counsel" capacity in October 2018. This move positioned Peter to collaborate with the brightest legal minds in cannabis business law and to provide a valuable resource to Missouri business owners: access to attorneys with a wealth of industry-specific experience in a variety of relevant practice areas.
Peter also has extensive experience as a civil litigator. He has first-chaired numerous civil jury trials to verdict and has achieved excellent results for his clients at trial, including multiple six and seven-figure verdicts. Should a client’s best interests be served by invoking the litigation process, Peter is absolutely qualified to excel in the courtroom and to advocate with creativity and persuasion on his client’s behalf.
Peter graduated with Dean's Honors from Washburn University School of Law. His undergraduate degree is from St. Mary's College of Maryland, a public honors college located in historic St. Mary's City.
