Mr. Manigrasso is a 2024, 2023, & 2022 RISING STAR Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers. His areas of practice include: Tax Appeals, Defense, & Litigation (state & local, property & excise, federal & international), Transactional Law, Viticulture Law.
He is a a dually licensed attorney and certified public accountant who, during his accounting years, served in roles as CFO, comptroller, and auditor with experience in logistics accounting, transfer pricing, and manufacturing.
Mr. Manigrasso is admitted in the US Tax Court and All Federal District Courts of TX, US Supreme Court, Court of Appeals for the Fifth Federal Circuit, US Court of International Trade, US Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and the United States Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals. Mr. Manigrasso is a member of the Texas Bar College and Texas State Bar Pro Bono College. He’s an Adjunct Professor at the Texas A&M School of Law. He’s also a Captain, Judge Advocate for the Texas State Guard.
