I use my six years experience as global head of the trademark, copyright and branding practice for a leading international law firm to counsel and assist clients in protecting and enforcing their brands in the USA and abroad. I also use this experience to review pre-release advertising campaigns and counsel musicians, entertainers and record labels in contract and trademark. In additon, I handle domain name disputes to recover domain name ownership in UDRP arbitrations. I represent personal care dealers and distributors in cosmetic labeling, FDA compliance and distributor/import agreements.
