Biography

Mr. Brown concentrates his practice in the area of complex commercial litigation, with emphasis on contract and shareholder disputes. Other areas of practice include appellate advocacy, professional malpractice, and general litigation.

Prior to joining Alan L. Frank Law Associates, P.C., in 2020, Mr. Brown worked in the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Shelley Robins New, and as Judicial Fellow to the Honorable Daniel J. Anders.

Mr. Brown is a 2016 graduate of Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, where he was inducted into the Rubin Public Interest Honors Society. He is a 2011 graduate of Boston University’s College of Arts and Sciences, where he was recognized for outstanding public service.
