Dworken & Bernstein Co., L.P.A. / Aggressive. Creative. Successful.
I am Attorney Patrick Brickman, and my practice is centered around class actions and complex litigation. My cases predominantly involve addressing unlawful actions by government agencies, manufacturers, retailers, and employers. These cases span a variety of legal areas including real estate law, insurance law, commercial law, constitutional law, tax law, advertising law, wage & hour law, benefits law, among others.
For my undergraduate studies, I attended the University of Dayton, and I pursued my law degree at the University of Akron School of Law. During my time in law school, I was an active member of the Moot Court Team and served as an Associate Editor for the Akron Law Review.
I am deeply committed to ensuring that corporations and government entities are held accountable to consumers and taxpayers.
