Attorney Patricia Bloom-McDonald is a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and has been in private practice since 2003. She is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court; U.S. District Court, 1st Circuit; U.S. Bankruptcy Court; and all courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She has extensive knowledge and experience with the preparation of Wills, Trusts, Health Care Proxies, Durable Power of Attorneys, and other Estate Planning documents. Additionally, Attorney Bloom-McDonald possesses exceptional knowledge of Probate law as it is applied to Estate Administration, Guardianships, Conservatorships, Adoptions, and Name Change procedures. She possesses outstanding skill in Elder Law; counseling those clients in need of VA benefits or Medicaid for long-term-health Care or community based financial assistance. Her successful experiences with Real Estate procedures relating to purchase and sales, residential loans, and refinance documentation, including but not limited to Reverse Mortgages, affords her the reassuring competency to counsel those over 62 years of age who wish to age at home with dignity.
