I have 7+ years of experience as a tech-enabled healthcare IT, IP, AI, telehealth, digital health, cyber, privacy, and compliance attorney licensed in Florida, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C., and over 20+ years as a board-certified healthcare administrator and Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
I focus on corporate and regulatory compliance, federal/state licensure matters, private equity and venture capital funding, and the legal aspects of the digital health and health information technology ecosystem, which includes cybersecurity and risk, blockchain technology, HIPPA, HITECH, data breach and EMR privacy issues, precision medicine, hearing loss, hearing aids, bionic hearing aids, virtual care, smart aging, telemedicine, telehealth, telecare, artificial intelligence (AI) intellectual property, ChatGPT, telebehavioral health, teleaudiology, mHealth, big data, predictive analytics, healthcare informatics, IoT medical devices, and robotics.

I also have a U.S. government top secret/SCI clearance and retired as a Colonel with 30+ years of combined Army service as an AMEDD Special Operations Officer ASI: S1 and with successful command of a Combat Support Hospital and then a Medical Brigade during COVID-19.
