Dean Law Co., LLC is a small firm focused on bankruptcy representation of individual and small business debtors in chapter 7 bankruptcy and chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. Nannette Dean, Esq. has been handling bankruptcy cases for 21 years, first as a creditor’s attorney, and then as a debtor’s bankruptcy attorney for the last 15 years.
Nannette has never been a “high-volume” bankruptcy lawyer but rather takes cases for clients that need extra care or cases that are more complicated and need extra time. Nannette is known for her compassionate care for her clients and their cases.
When you call, she answers the phone, she meets with you personally and helps you decide whether bankruptcy is the right choice for you. If it is, she works directly with you to decide what type of bankruptcy best suits your needs and financial goals. If bankruptcy is not the right solution, she will work with you regarding other options that may assist in your current situation, such as debt settlements or a loan modification.
Nannette is a 1990 graduate of Boston University (cum laude) with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and graduated from Capital University Law School in 1995(cum laude) with her juris doctor. She is a member of the Credit Education Coalition (past Treasurer) and a frequent speaker on bankruptcy topics.
We are a debt relief agency. We help people file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code. We are based out of Powell, Ohio and serve the Central Ohio area.
