Richardson & Associates Law was founded by Morgan Richardson, a graduate of UNT Dallas College of Law and a former Assistant Attorney General in the Child Support Division. She opened this family law practice to assist the community and parents. As a parent herself, she understands the difficulties of the family law process. She can help even the most difficult parents come to agreements for the best interest of the child and mutually beneficial for the parents. R&A Law was founded to be client-focused. I founded this firm with you in mind. After spending a lot of time on the other side, as a former Assistant Attorney General, I saw many families affected by the child support system. Although the Office of the Attorney General's child support division helps hundreds of families daily, it is not a one-size fit all solution and does not reflect the needs of all Texans families.
