I have been practicing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since the summer of 1994. Although I am based in both Middlesex and Worcester County, I will travel anywhere to work with the right client. I am familiar with the Courts on the Cape, the Berkshires, the North Shore and the South Shore.
I have a range of practice areas but my primary focus is litigation. That does not mean that every case goes to trial, but, I am ready for every case to go to trial to get the client the best result.

About Our Practice FAQs
Family Law
- Q: How do you (Michelle Blair) help clients prepare for family court hearings?
- A: Appearing in Court can be stressful. I try and reduce the stress by working with the client to make sure they are prepared as to the facts and as to the logistics. Many clients have never been to Court, and it can be intimidating. The important thing is to focus on the facts to present to the Judge. That is what I work on with you.
Divorce
- Q: What do you (Michelle Blair) do if the other side is unreasonable?
- A: Unfortunately if the opposing party is unreasonable the decisions will have to be left to the Court. It is important for you to take the position that you will not capitulate to unreasonable demands. If you let the other side know you are willing to let the Court enter a reasonable decision, they may change their position. Giving in once only leads to giving in over and over again.
Landlord Tenant
- Q: What is your (Michelle Blair) philosophy on client involvement in decision-making and strategy, and what happens if a client disagrees with your strategic recommendations?
- A: I work for the client. The client makes the final decision. I endeavor to keep My clients fully informed, and will strongly advise them as to the best a course of action, but, it is your property, your livelihood, and ultimately, your decision as to what you want to do.
