Most homeowners never seek counsel in a foreclosure, and just walk away, not knowing they may either have a defense or may qualify for a loan modification. Homeowners I work with want to pay their monthly mortgage payment. They just need a break from the mortgage company. We help homeowners work with the mortgage company to obtain a loan modification when possible, or to seek such other relief as they may need. If a homeowner can get the mortgage company to modify the terms of their note, everyone wins - the homeowner keeps their house, and the mortgage company gets paid. First appointments are always free.
