For over 30 years I've helped people and small businesses resolve their legal problems, commonly involving getting paid what they're owed, not paying what they don't owe, and putting their lives back together financially after they've been hurt in an accident or a family member has been hurt or died as the result of an accident. The disputes often also involve contracts they've made, including leases- commercial as well as residential, and land they own. I'm AV rated by Martin Hubbell. I'm certified by the Florida Supreme Court to mediate civil disputes filed in the Circuit and County Courts, ans as an Appellate Mediator. The Supreme Court has also qualified me as an arbitrator. I've associated with Mediation Firm, Inc., to mediate and arbitrate cases.
