Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
The fee for an initial thirty (30) minute to one (1) hour consultation is $150.00. Fees for attorneys range from $180.00 per hour to $360.00 per hour. Fees for paralegals, law clerks and junior level attorneys range from $90.00 per hour to $180.00 per hour. Fixed fees and agreed maximum fee arrangements are also available. No contingency fee arrangements. Clients are also responsible for all costs and expenses associated with the legal services provided.
