YOU'VE BEEN ARRESTED OR YOU ARE UNDER INVESTIGATION. WHERE DO YOU TURN? CALL ME NOW.
Before I became a criminal defense attorney, I investigated, filed, and litigated thousands of cases as an Assistant State Attorney. My tenure as a prosecutor can aid your criminal defense case because I understand how the police, judges and prosecutors will view the circumstances of your charges. I have earned the respect of the judges and prosecutors in my area, and my work as an attorney has earned me an AV Preeminent* rating from Martindale-Hubbell, their highest available rating.
Knowing how both sides of a case works gives me a perspective into the way you will be prosecuted which can be invaluable. Having worked with many law enforcement agencies allows me to also understand how the police may be looking at you.
I have helped thousands of clients resolve their criminal cases in a fair and timely manner. I fight relentlessly for those charged and have a reputation for being an aggressive and a “no-nonsense” type of criminal defense lawyer. I am committed to working diligently for anyone who faces prosecution.
I have developed good relationships with police and prosecutors and have earned the respect of judges from my days as a government lawyer and as a private attorney. My reputation for competence and skill gives me credibility from the moment I walk into court.
You will no doubt hear many criminal defense lawyers talk about their 'compassionate' approach to working with their clients. The way I see it, you don't need a friend right now; you need an aggressive, experienced lawyer who knows how high the stakes are and isn't afraid to stand up and fight to help you protect your rights and your future.

- Q. Grand theft auto charge for renting a car without a reservsation florida?
- A: I would have to see the agreement that makes you an elite member. The fact that you might be able to establish that you have done this numerous times in the past would demonstrate that there was no criminal intent whatsoever. You can reach me at 813-221-4303 to discuss, thank you.
- Q. If your probation is revocated does the sentence start over?
- A: Your sentence does not start over. You can be sentenced to anything you could have originally been sentenced. For example, if you have a meth possession case the maximum sentence is 5 years in prison. If you got 18 months probation and willfully and substantially violated that probation in any way the judge can give you five years prison even if you completed almost all of your probation.
- Q. I was accused at my job. Said I was inappropriate with the patient but the job cleared me to come back to work
- A: You should absolutely not speak to the police without first consulting, an attorney, who not only is experienced with these types of cases involving inappropriate contact, but focuses their entire practice in representing people with these types of accusations. The police might lull you into a false sense of security in order for you to over share facts, and circumstances which can be used against you.
