Contingent Fees
Only in very limited circumstances will we take a case on a contingent fee. Most of those are situations where we can force the other party to pay your legal fees, such as minimum wage and overtime claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act. -
Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
Whenever possible, I try to quote a flat fee. It's easier for everyone when you know upfront what your legal fees will be. Hourly fees, however, are sometimes required based on the claim. I am open to payment options or deferred payment on a case-by-case basis. Example: Many of my tax clients who have unfiled tax returns pay me from their tax refunds.
