Marc Leslie Rich

Marc L. Rich is a personal injury and medical malpractice attorney with over 30 years of experience as a trial lawyer.

Admitted to the Bar in the States of New York and New Jersey, Marc has successfully litigated numerous catastrophic injury cases involving traumatic brain injuries, birth related neurological injuries and wrongful death. His practice also focuses on the area of nursing home negligence and he has successfully litigated many cases involving bed sores leading to sepsis, and those involving falls resulting in serious fractures or severe head injuries.

Marc has also successfully litigated many medical malpractice cases involving birth injuries, injuries arising from improperly performed surgical procedures, and the failure to diagnose medical conditions.

Throughout his career, Marc has litigated numerous personal injury cases involving motor vehicle, tractor-trailer and bus accidents, pedestrian accidents, premises accidents, slip, trip and fall accidents, construction site accidents, and municipal and transit system liability cases.
