He originally founded Chapdelaine Law Office in 2006 after earning his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law in 2002. He holds a B.A. from Stonehill College (1999).

Admitted to practice in Massachusetts (2002) and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts (2003), Marc specializes in estate planning, civil litigation, personal injury, criminal defense, fiduciary litigation, and catastrophic injury. With extensive trial experience, he provides clients with strategic and results-driven representation.

Marc is a dedicated member of the legal community, serving on the Executive Board of the Greater Lynn Bar Association and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Essex County Bar Association. Recognized for his legal excellence, Marc holds the prestigious AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, an honor awarded to fewer than 5% of U.S. attorneys for outstanding legal ability and ethical standards. Since 2017, he has received the Martindale-Hubbell Platinum Client Champion Award, reflecting his unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. He has also been recognized as a New England Super Lawyer since 2014, following his selection as a Rising Star (2009–2013). His 10/10 AVVO rating further solidifies his reputation for exceptional legal services.

Beyond his legal practice, Marc is committed to his community. A Melvin Jones Fellow of the Saugus Lions Club, he has been an active member for over 18 years. Since January 2023, Marc has served on the Winthrop Zoning Board of Appeals.
