Lubna K Jahangiri has been serving the business community of the San Francisco Bay Area for over twelve years. Attorney Jahangiri provides consultation and representation in a variety of transactional business and real property matters including:

Legal Experience
Ms. Jahangiri earned her J.D. (Doctor of Jurisprudence) from Golden Gate University in 2001, from where she graduated at the top of her class. While at law school, Ms. Jahangiri earned the CALI award for writing and research and two specialty certificates in Business and Real Estate law, respectively. She interned for the California Department of Justice- Health, Education and Welfare and went on to work for an insurance defense firm in San Francisco, but soon realized that her passion was to set up her own practice and to help business owners and real estate investors in the Bay Area. Ms. Jahangiri was a successful and well-connected solo practitioner before she formed Jahangiri Law Group. Ms. Jahangiri serves on the adjunct faculty of Golden Gate University, School of Law, and teaches Civil Litigation – Pretrial Phase.
Professional Activities
Ms. Jahangiri conducts Continuing Legal Education classes for attorneys and has published articles in the Business Law News of the California State Bar's quarterly journal and local newspapers. She is on the board of directors of the Women's Section of the Contra Costa County Bar Association.

- A: The language of the trust seems strange. It penalizes the lessee for lessor's actions, creating an ostensibly absurd result. I agree with the other lawyers. The trust documents need to be reviewed in their entirety in order to make sense.
