I have always been drawn to work that focuses on improving the lives of others, especially those facing challenging circumstances. My time in government service provided me with incredible opportunities to do just that, and I bring the same passion and determination to my role at the Bellotti Law Group.
Before joining the Bellotti Law Group, I worked as a trial attorney handling a wide range of cases, including personal injury, criminal defense, immigration, family law, real estate, landlord/tenant disputes, consumer matters, and estate planning.
My approach to resolving cases combines patience, compassion, assertiveness, and collaboration, which has consistently led to outstanding results. Over the course of my career, I have successfully negotiated hundreds of settlements and secured numerous favorable jury trial verdicts across the state. These include high-profile cases involving catastrophic injuries and criminal matters.
As a former athlete, I thrive on competition and have dedicated my career to challenging individuals and corporations that misuse their power to harm others. Prior to joining Bellotti Law Group, I litigated and tried complex civil and criminal cases at a prominent Boston law firm and served as an Assistant District Attorney in Norfolk County.
I also bring valuable experience in Mental Health Litigation from my time as Assistant General Counsel for the Department of Mental Health. In that role, I represented the agency in civil commitment hearings, advocating to keep individuals who posed a danger to the public in secure facilities.
While some attorneys take a combative approach, I focus on collaboration. I work closely with opposing counsel and insurance companies to help them understand the full impact of my clients’ injuries and how their lives have been affected, often leading to fair settlements. If a settlement cannot be reached, my team and I are fully prepared to take cases to trial.
