Lauren Rubin is a highly skilled litigator representing businesses and financial institutions in complex commercial litigation matters. She concentrates her practice on disputes involving commercial contracts, complex transactions, antitrust and other competition-related litigations, securities litigation and regulation, shareholder actions, and government and internal investigations.
Ms. Rubin graduated magna cum laude from Fordham University School of Law in New York City and was elected to the Order of the Coif. She received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Rubin previously was an associate with the New York City based law firm, Cravath, Swaine & Moore, LLP and a law clerk to the Honorable Shira A. Scheindlin (ret.), United States District Court, Southern District of New York.
Ms. Rubin has worked as an adjunct professor of legal writing and research at Fordham University School of Law and Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University.
