Lauren Nowierski-Stadnick

For over a decade, Lauren Nowierski-Stadnick has been litigating complex civil disputes in federal and state courts throughout the United States. Lauren’s practice includes a wealth of experience in all aspects of civil litigation: from pre-suit investigations through trial. Her investigative and advocacy skills have contributed to over $100M in pretrial settlements in numerous matters.
Throughout her legal career, Lauren has also been heavily involved in pro bono matters, including asylum, litigated divorce, and unemployment-related issues. Her current practice is dedicated to counseling individuals and businesses, helping them understand and protect their rights and navigating any simple or complex disputes.
Ms. Nowierski-Stadnick graduated from MIT in 2006 with a degree in Chemical Engineering and from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2009 with a Juris Doctor. Prior to starting Stadnick Nowierski-Stadnick LLP in downtown Bend, Oregon, Lauren worked as an attorney at two nationally recognized law firms in New York City: Goodwin Procter LLP and Desmarais LLP.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys trail running, powerlifting, camping, and photography.
