Kina Harding

Kina Harding is a criminal law and family law attorney at The Harding Firm. While she has built her legal career by focusing on defending the rights of others and dealing with all of “loves’ tragic side effects” – divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, and grandparent’s rights.
Attorney Harding serves the legal community by volunteering with the Family Lawyer’s Assistance Project, where she provides pro bono legal advice to those in need. She serves on the Maricopa County Bar Association Board of Directors. She is also a former member of the Bench and Bar Committee, facilitating a candid conversation between attorneys and judges. Additionally, she serves on the Maricopa County Bar Association Diversity Committee, which strives to enhance the diversity in the legal profession. She studies and facilitates dialogue on the influence of race and ethnicity in developing perspectives and how those perspectives impact American culture and progress. She is a former president of the Arizona Black Bar; her administration focused on increasing the number of Arizona Black Bar members on local Boards and Commissions.
Kina attended American University and Pepperdine University School of Law. She is a proud graduate of 2019 Mesa Leadership, Bar Leadership Institute (a program dedicated to helping lawyers hone their leadership skills), Ladder Down, Arizona State University’s Sparxx 2016 Class of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and Mesa Leadership 2019. Kina also recently finished the Interaction Management Associates Mediation training to become a mediator and a parenting coordinator.
Attorney Harding served on Mesa Police Department’s Critical Incident Review Board, where the Board reviewed cases to determine if there was inappropriate police contact if said contact results in a civilian injury or there was a questionable use of force.
