Ms. Gaulrapp is an associate in McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C.’s Newark office. She handles all aspects of employment litigation, including discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims. Ms. Gaulrapp is a zealous advocate who believes that every individual should enjoy a workplace free from discrimination.
Ms. Gaulrapp graduated from Felician University in 2016, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences. Upon graduation, Ms. Gaulrapp obtained a Master of Business Administration in Innovation and Entrepreneurial Leadership at Felician University. Upon leaving Felician University Ms. Gaulrapp attended Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey.
While in law school, Ms. Gaulrapp had a successful healthcare career, working for some of the country’s largest and most well-regarded hospital networks. She negotiated clinical research contracts with pharmaceutical companies across the globe helping to get drugs, devices, and vaccinations to the market. During her time in law school, Ms. Gaulrapp was a staff editor for the Rutgers Business Law Review and a student attorney in the Rutgers Entrepreneurship Clinic. Ms. Gaulrapp also managed to do pro bono work with Volunteer Lawyers for Justice and the Hon. Morris Stern Bankruptcy Project in addition to her career and legal studies. Ms. Gaulrapp was also an active board member of the Evening Student Association and the Association for Latino-American Law Students.
Upon graduation, Ms. Gaulrapp served as a law clerk for the Honorable Cynthia D. Santomauro, J.S.C. in the Essex Vicinage Civil Part. She was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2023. Ms. Gaulrapp is excited to join McOmber McOmber & Luber, where she can be a zealous advocate for her clients.
