Mr. O’Mahony obtained his law degree with honors from William & Mary Law School in 1982. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and all Georgia trial and appellate courts. He also has served as an arbitrator and mediator for the National Arbitration Forum, and has been a litigation and arbitration instructor for the American Institute of Paralegal Studies.
