Kenneth R. Wooten
Ken Wooten Dispute Resolutions will help you find the Pathway to Resolution
I am a mediator certified by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission to conduct civil superior court mediations.
I can help you find the Path to Resolution of your client's dispute because of the depth of my legal, managerial, and business experience. My previous experience as an attorney includes dozens of jury and non-jury trials in all major fields of law; trying construction arbitration cases; serving as co-managing director of a large law firm with a state-wide presence; and managing residential rental properties, a farm, and many personal construction and major renovation projects as well as purchasing and selling multiple properties. I am willing to travel and have reasonable rates.
