Keith R. Galbut leads Galbut Beabeau’s corporate, business, construction, and real estate transaction practices. He has extensive experience in corporate and real estate transactions, including matters of corporate formation and governance, negotiation of commercial contracts, employment agreements, licensing agreements, leases, and mergers, acquisitions, and sales of businesses. Mr. Galbut is also often involved in protecting his clients’ rights in commercial and real estate disputes, whether through direct negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation.
Mr. Galbut devotes a significant portion of his practice to supporting clients expanding into Arizona and beyond Arizona into domestic and foreign markets. Mr. Galbut has been a community leader in the area of business globalization for many years. He served as an Adjunct Professor of International Business Law at the Thunderbird School of Global Management for ten years and has served as both the Chairman and President of the Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations.
Mr. Galbut is “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized by AZ Business Magazine as one of “Arizona’s Top Lawyers.” For many years, he has been selected as “Southwest Super Lawyer” and among “The Best Lawyers in America” in the areas of business, entrepreneurship, family business, and corporate law.
Mr. Galbut is a Phoenix native and graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University and earned his Master’s in International Management and Business Administration (MIM/MBA) from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. In addition, Mr. Galbut studied International Law and Business Transactions at the University of Geneva, Geneva, Switzerland, and the Emmanuel College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, England. Mr. Galbut is the Founder and President of Advocate - Residential Construction Advisors.
