Hello and welcome! I’m Kathleen O’Sullivan-Fortin, founder of Fortin Legacy Law, PLLC and a proud Personal Family Lawyer. I chose this work because I care deeply about helping families avoid the stress, confusion, and conflict that can arise during times of loss or incapacity.

At Fortin Legacy Law, my practice focuses on Estate Planning, Asset Protection, and Kids Protection Planning. I help ensure that your minor children are always cared for by the right people and that your legacy—your values, your voice—is thoughtfully preserved. I also have extensive experience working with families of individuals with special needs, offering compassionate and informed guidance for their unique planning needs.

To provide the highest level of service, I stay at the forefront of estate planning law through ongoing advanced legal education. My background includes a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross (1996), a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (2001), and a professional journey that spans large firm practice, legal consulting, founding a rare disease nonprofit, and advocating for patients at the FDA.
