Karl Dowden

Karl Dowden represents buyers and sellers of homes and investment property, property owners in commercial refinances as well as landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters.

He was named a 2020, 2021 and 2022 New York Metro Rising Star by Super Lawyers, an honor reserved for 2.5% of attorneys in the region. Karl Dowden is a real estate attorney with the experience to make real estate law simplified for his clients.

He has offices in Westchester County (located in downtown White Plains) as well as in New York City (located in midtown Manhattan across the street from Grand Central).
