Kaity is a skilled attorney at Normandin, Cheney and O’Neil, where every generation of her family has practiced law since 1914, including her father, Jerry O’Neil, Jr. She is experienced in the areas of Business Law, Estate Planning, and Probate Litigation. Kaity is committed to outstanding service and results for individuals and businesses in New Hampshire.
Kaity earned a B.A., cum laude, from Connecticut College in 2008. In 2014, she received her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law where she served as the Managing Editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter. Kaity's note "The 2012 Battle for the Reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act: Lessons Learned and Questions Left Unanswered" was published in the Winter 2014 edition.
Kaity is a Lakes Region native. Outside of work, She is an avid hiker and skier in the Lakes Region and White Mountains. In the summer, Kaity also enjoys boating and water-skiing on Lake Winnipesaukee.
