Julie C. King
King Business and Patent Law - Helping you grow & protect your business & brand.
I’m a solo practice attorney in Champaign, Illinois. I focus exclusively on business formation and transactions, intellectual property (patent, trademark, copyright, trade secrets, non-disclosure agreements), and estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney).
I have over 20 years of experience in working with clients, from individuals to large businesses, to help them with life stage planning, business planning, intellectual property protection, dispute resolution, and other legal matters. My “proactive planning” approach to my practice means that I works with clients to carefully develop plans of action to help achieve their personal and business goals as smoothly as possible and avoid common problems as they move forward. Time spent creating and executing thoughtful plans is a sound investment compared with having to deal with time-consuming and costly problems that could have been avoided.
