Joshua Pepper is a former Deputy Commissioner of the New York State Office of Mental Health, Associate Counsel to the State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision, and Assistant Attorney General.
Mr. Pepper began his career with the prestigious law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. After seven years there, he became an Assistant Attorney General, where he represented state agencies in numerous high-profile policy cases, as well as numerous civil-rights and discrimination cases. From there he advanced to become the Deputy Commissioner and General Counsel of the State Office of Mental Health.
