Q. Is it legal for somebody to video tape a private telephone conversation and threaten to distribute it on social media?
A: I agree with Mr. Akpinar. You should have a confidential discussion with an attorney so that the facts can be fully explored. There are many facts that may affect the analysis: How many parties were involved in conversation? Where were the parties located? Was the recording done with consent or knowledge of any of the parties? Was a business involved? What efforts were made to keep the conversation private? Aside from possible violations of state or federal privacy laws, this sounds like a situation that could implicate state or federal criminal extortion laws.

Q. May can i design drawing Albert Einstein in my style or photo editing for print on demand business ?
A: You may be on safe ground, BUT you must discuss the specific facts surrounding your idea with an intellectual property attorney in a confidential setting. A federal court in California ruled that Albert Einstein's likeness was no longer protected by New Jersey's laws regarding post-mortem rights of publicity. However, if you are basing your design(s) on copyrighted works (e.g., photographs, paintings, etc.), you run the risk of copyright infringement.
Q. help
A: You should certainly contact an experienced intellectual property attorney for a confidential discussion. There are many facts that affect the analysis, and an experienced attorney will be able to explore all relevant facts before advising you. Such an attorney will want to review the complaining party's trademark rights, their validity and scope, and, of course, your complained-of t-shirt design(s) and the licenses/rights obtained in the purchase of the digital graphics. Many attorneys offer free consultations and can point you in the right direction.
