Josh has over two decades of experience guiding insurance companies and other providers of financial services through the complexities of regulatory compliance and corporate transactions.

He has provided advice in connection with well over $1 billion in transactions and is capable of leading integration teams that can assess post-transaction challenges and develop efficient integration plans addressing legal, operational and governance issues.
