Joseph Fazio
Red House Law
I possess a profound dedication to safeguarding families and advocating for at-risk populations, backed by extensive experience in family law, juvenile issues, and social services. My professional journey has been focused on delivering justice for children and assisting clients as they navigate some of life's most difficult legal challenges.
I commenced my legal career at the Florida Department of Children and Families, where I prosecuted cases of juvenile dependency related to child abuse and neglect. My efforts were centered on protecting children's welfare and aiding families within the judicial system.
Subsequently, I spent over seven years as an Assistant Regional Counsel with the Florida Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel in the 5th District. In this role, I represented low-income clients across a variety of legal issues, including dependency, juvenile delinquency, criminal defense, family law, and probate. Additionally, I acted as a supervising attorney for more than three years, guiding junior attorneys and assisting in the management of the office's caseload.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Virginia Tech (2009) and a Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law (2012). I am licensed to practice in Florida, Colorado, the Ute Indian Tribal Court, and the Fort Berthold District Court. My varied licensure enables me to assist clients in both state and tribal jurisdictions with a culturally sensitive and client-focused approach.
