No one in our office has ever been a prosecutor. I'm proud of the fact that this firm has always been on the side of the accused. This aspect of our training allows us to see clearly that it is the burden of the Police and Prosecutor to prove every element of a crime against our clients. - Q. I got a speeding ticket 2 years ago. Can the courthouse/city hall look up what vehicle i got pull over in? Fine is paid.
- A: Yes. The clerk of the court will have the file and the contents of the can reveal details such as what vehicle was driven and when.
